Feeling Stuck, the Mid-Life Crisis, and How to Move Through It

with special guest Jenny Wang, Ph.D.

I came across the work of Jenny Wang through her Instagram, Asians for Mental Health where her focus on the AAPI community is so needed within our community. She has also written the book Permission to Come Home: Reclaiming Mental Health as Asian Americans. In honor of AAPI Heritage Month and Mental Health Awareness Month, I am providing this bonus episode where I asked Jenny to talk about “Feeling Stuck” which is a feeling I have felt a lot (and a lot of my friends and peers have felt) since coming out of the pandemic.

A few tips Jenny provides that I’ve found so helpful in this episode:

-What it means to feel stuck
-Why we’re feeling stuck, tired, and exhausted
-Why it often happens during our middle-aged years
-What to do if you’re feeling stuck in your career, personal life, relationships and how to move through it to get unstuck

You can find more from Jenny and follow her right here.
